The skilled and compassionate team with the The Susan Willoughby Pediatric Palliative Care Program can help coordinate personalized care based on your child's unique needs. Based on your needs, your team may include a number of specialists such as:

- Music therapists
- Volunteers
We work with your child’s primary care team to assist you in making decisions and in developing a comprehensive care plan. We also partner with community agencies to coordinate care between the hospital, home health nursing, home concurrent care or hospice.
