About Me
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Trisha Beck joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group as a pediatric emergency physician in October 2012.
Originally from the San Joaquin Valley, Dr. Beck received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. She did her pediatric residency at University of California, San Francisco – Fresno. She completed her pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics, Department of Emergency Medical Services, in Kansas City, Mo.
Dr. Beck has presented and conducted research on a variety of topics in her field and has worked as a health educator in a number of clinics and settings.
She is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Pediatrics; American College of Emergency Physicians; Society for Academic Emergency Medicine; and American Medical Association.
Dr. Beck is competent in intermediate Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys camping, playing sports, reading, hiking, running, cooking and being with her family.
