About Me
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Patrick Nwajei joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group in July 2011 as a neonatologist. He has more than 15 years’ experience, including completing a three-year neonatology/perinatology fellowship at the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami in Miami, Fl. Prior to that, he served as a pediatric hospitalist at Clara Maas Medical Center in Belleville, N.J.
Dr. Nwajei received his medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Benin, Benin-City, Nigeria. He completed a pediatric residency at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, N.J., where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Nwajei is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and Specialty Medical Group.
