About Me
Board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Omid Gheysar joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group as a pediatric hospitalist in 2018.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Gheysar worked as a primary care provider and as a pediatric hospitalist at Kaiser Permanente in Modesto, CA and in Harbor City, CA. He is a member of the Academy of Pediatrics and is certified in Advanced Pediatric Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation and Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support.
Dr. Gheysar received his medical degree from the University of Szeged in Hungary in 2003. He completed his pediatric residency in 2008 from the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York.
