About Me
Melissa Duerr is a National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants certified physician assistant. Melissa has more than 15 years of experience in pediatric orthopedics, including caring for patients with neuromuscular conditions, fractures, sports injuries and congenital conditions. She has a specialized interest and training in scoliosis and spine deformity. Melissa is an advocate for training the next generation of pediatric experts and has enjoyed being a clinical preceptor for physician assistant students for the past 10 years.
When not seeing patients, Melissa enjoys gardening, reading, pilates, running and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
