About Me

Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Megan Hall joined Valley Children’s Primary Care Group in April 2025 as a pediatrician at Dakota Pediatrics in Fresno.

Dr. Hall earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine (DO) from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she co-founded the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians (ACOP) student chapter and served as its vice president. She then completed a categorical pediatric residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center with a focus on primary care. Following residency, she practiced as a pediatrician in diverse clinical settings, including private practice in her hometown of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and later working as a solo pediatrician at a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in rural East Tennessee while serving as clinical adjunct faculty in pediatrics at Lincoln Memorial University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Hall has demonstrated her passion for pediatrics by leading various groups and programs throughout her academic years. Dedicated to patient-centered care, she coordinated Isaac’s Friends, a therapeutic arts and crafts program for inpatient pediatric patients and organized Eyes for El Salvador, a fundraiser for glasses donated to El Salvador mission trips inspired by her mission trip to El Salvador as a medical student. Beyond the hospital, Dr. Hall’s commitment to service and continuous learning through both in-person and virtual settings reflects her strong dedication to community health and medical education.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Hall loves spending time with her husband and their son. New to California, she enjoys exploring what the West Coast has to offer and has recently taken up hand embroidery.
